Managing Partner Victor Dumler has been appointed as arbitrator in ICC, ICAC, MAC and other proceedings.
We have represented clients in proceedings under major arbitration rules including ICC, SCC, LCIA, GAFTA, ICSID, International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC or MKAS) and Maritime Arbitration Commission (MAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
We represent clients before state commercial (“arbitrazh”) courts across Russia. We have also handled cases at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. Many of our cases in Russian courts have an international element in substantive or organizational respects.
We provide full legal services for cross-border business operations: developing a relationship model, drafting contracts, customs and currency control advice, and disputes with customs authorities.
We have provided legal support to many projects in transportation & logistics. We have also handled a long list of transportation & logistics disputes in both domestic courts and arbitration, including insurance cases.
We act for a wide range of clients across the shipping industry, including owners, operators, charterers, insurers, financiers, and yards. Our experience includes handling shipping matters in Russian courts and international arbitration both in Russia and abroad.
We are proud to have led a successful international mediation under the auspices of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (London) in a dispute arising out of the supply of industrial equipment.
