Dumler and Partners prepared an expert opinion on Russian law in support of pending proceedings in the Arbitration Court at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
This was a sports dispute involving a leading Russian tennis player.
The opinion concerned, among other things, the validity of the arbitration agreement and the legal status of a Russian party to the arbitration agreement.
