Dumler and Partners represented a Russian metals company in an arbitration under ICC Rules in a dispute with an Italian- Turkish construction consortium.
The dispute arose out of a major infrastructure project, construction of the Western High-Speed Diameter in St. Petersburg. The respondent objected to alleged breach of obligations by our client.
The dispute was eventually settled in full satisfaction for our client.
This was an English law dispute.
