Dumler and Partners represented a Bulgarian supplier in a Russian court in a case of recognition and enforcement in Russia of an award by the Arbitration Court at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The case was complicated by the fact that the respondent sabotaged the Russian court’s requirements, including by taking steps to change its location.
This resulted in the Russian court recognising and enforcing the foreign arbitral award.
