Dumler and Partners represented the claimant, a Russian national retailer, in a marketing services dispute with a Dutch business partner.
This dispute was special because in the Russian-law contract the parties agreed on a complicated structure of mutual compensation depending on whether certain retail metrics were reached or not, using solutions suggested by the Dutch provider.
The dispute was considered under the Rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The dispute ended in settlement of our client’s claims.
